Terms and Conditions GUEST
RENTAL AGREEMENT This
Guest Rental Agreement is between Sun Valley Vacation Rentals and all guests in
a rental. General Liability: Sun
Valley Vacation Rentals manages and represents properties that are owned by
others. We are an intermediary between those seeking travel services and those
selling travel services. Our sole responsibility is to market and sell
those services and shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, expense, or
claims of any type including but not limited to claims of property damage,
personal injury, or wrongful death indirect, direct, consequential or
otherwise. Guest acquit, release, and forever discharge Sun Valley Vacation
Rentals from any such claims or liability. We
at Sun Valley Vacation Rentals strive to provide accurate and current
information on our vacation rentals. However, we can make no
guarantees. Changes to information, rates, homes, or properties may occur
without our knowledge. Many of our homes are situated next to rivers
and/or ponds, have access to pools, or spas that may not be child proof.
Guest must understand the risk involved with these conditions and must take precautions
to safeguard all parties in guest rental group. Furthermore,
Guests shall hold Sun Valley Vacation Rentals and property Owner harmless from
any claims, causes of action or other liability for personal injury or death
that are caused directly or indirectly from rental of said property. The
terms and conditions below must be accepted by Guest before deposit is paid and
reservation is confirmed. Departure & Arrival ARRIVAL
TIME IS 3 PM. Early arrival can be arranged if conditions permit. DEPARTURE
TIME IS 11 AM. Guests
can not negotiate with the homeowner on an extended stay or a future
rental. Full commission is due the Sun
Valley Vacation Rentals. Guests can not
sublet property. Reservations: Confirmation
of booking requires a 50% deposit of the Rental Amount (excluding cleaning,
damage deposit, and taxes). Final payment is due 60 days prior to your
arrival. Any bookings made 60 days or less will be charged the Full
Payment for your reservation. Owners reserve the right to refuse any
reservation. Payments: We
gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Guest understands that the full balance (remainder
of rental amount, cleaning fee, damage deposit, state and local taxes) is due
60 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Cancellations & Changes The
Cancellation Period for all of our properties is 60 days prior to the
reservation arrival date. Guest cancellations made for any reason prior
to the Cancellation Period will be refunded all but $100.00 of the deposit.
Guest cancellations made within the Cancellation Period will forfeit the
entire payment. Within the Cancellation Period, changes made to a
reservation that includes a reduction in the number of days stayed will forfeit
the payment for those days. There are no refunds for early departure. Additional Charges Guest
agrees to supply a valid credit card number to Sun Valley Vacation Rentals at
the time they make a reservation. Sun Valley Vacation Rentals will keep this
number on record in the event that Guests incur extra charges during their
stay. Guests
acknowledge that damages, excessive cleaning needed due to misuse, long
distance phone charges, requested special services, and late departure fees are
Guest’s responsibility and will be charged to Guest’s credit card. If
damage for which Guest is responsible exceeds the amount of any security
deposit collected, Guest hereby authorizes Sun Valley Vacation Rentals to
charge Guest for such additional damage. Property Usage Every
Property is rented with a maximum allowed occupancy. Guests are permitted
to host a small gathering of up to twice the maximum occupancy. Housekeeping & Concierge Services Housekeeping
is not included in rentals, but is available at an extra charge. Please provide an advance notice if cleaning
or concierge services are required. Guests will be billed at $30 per hour
for cleaning, minimum two hours. Concierge services are billed at $35 per
hour, minimum one hour. Pets & Smoking Absolutely
no smoking is allowed in all properties.
Many of our properties are pet friendly.
The inclusion of a pet must be described in the rental and pre-approved
by management of Sun Valley Vacation Rentals. If there is any evidence of
smoking or non-approved pets in any property the Guest will be charged a fee of
$500 and will be immediately evicted from property. Unforeseen Conditions: Sun
Valley Vacation Rentals can not be responsible for any type of utility problem
outside of our control (such as cable, internet, telephone, power or gas). We can not guarantee that your cell service
provider has strong reception at all of our properties. If a Guest experiences a problem with any
service, Sun Valley Vacation Rentals will do its best to have a respective
contractor look at and repair the problem as soon as possible, however
non-usability of said service does not constitute a failure on the part of Sun
Valley Vacation Rentals, nor will a refund or compensation be issued if the
service cannot be made available. |
